Last updated: 24 October 2026

Welcome to My Digital Atelier. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital stationery and personalised digital products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

1. About My Digital Atelier

All products are digital. We do not sell or ship physical printed products.

In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Digital Atelier, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt or interfere with our website, services or other users.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including a valid email address and all details required to personalise your product.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, website or customers, subject to applicable law.

You must not use our website or products for unlawful purposes or submit content that infringes the rights of another person.

3. Products and Personalisation

Our products are digital designs that may be personalised according to the options offered on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for checking all information submitted for personalisation, including names, dates, times, locations, spelling, wording and photographs. Please ensure that all details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We will prepare your design using the information and materials you provide. If information is missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification. This may affect the delivery timeframe.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any photographs, wording, artwork or other materials belonging to another person, particularly where photographs include children.

Product images and previews are intended to demonstrate the design. Minor differences in colour, appearance or layout may occur due to screen settings, device displays and the nature of digital files.

Where the information supplied requires unusually long wording or a full address, we may need to make minor layout adjustments to accommodate it. We will aim to preserve the overall appearance of the selected design.

Personalisation is limited to the options included in the product purchased. Requests for substantial design changes or additional work may incur an additional fee, which will be agreed with you before the work begins.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices will be displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Where multiple currencies are available, the currency and final amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Your payment provider or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or other charges. These are outside our control.

Payment must be successfully completed before we begin work on your order, unless otherwise agreed by us.

You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are correct before submitting your purchase. We reserve the right to contact you if information required to complete your order is missing or unclear.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that your personalised design has been completed or delivered.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a payment has not been authorised, an apparent pricing error has occurred or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

A digital order confirmation or invoice will be provided as applicable.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Completed digital products will be delivered electronically, normally by email or another delivery method specified on the relevant product page.

Unless a different timeframe is stated, we aim to deliver personalised orders within 24 hours of receiving payment and all necessary personalisation details. This is an estimated timeframe rather than a guarantee. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will aim to communicate this to you and, where appropriate, agree on a reasonable way forward.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking your inbox, junk and spam folders.

If you have not received your order within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@mydigitalatelier.com so that we can investigate.

You are responsible for having a suitable device and software to access and use the digital files supplied. Where relevant, the product page will describe the intended file format or method of use.

No physical product will be dispatched.

6. Revisions, Errors and Quality Control

We aim to ensure that every completed design follows the selected template, reflects the personalisation information supplied and meets our quality standards.

If your completed design does not reasonably match the selected template or contains an error introduced by us, please contact us within seven days of delivery, describing the issue and providing your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, make the necessary correction at no additional charge.

The seven-day period is a request period for our correction process and does not restrict any statutory rights you may have.

Corrections do not automatically include changes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, a change of preference after the design has been completed, or requests for work outside the personalisation originally purchased. Additional work may incur a fee, which will be agreed with you before it is undertaken.

Please review your completed design promptly, particularly dates, times, names, addresses and other event details, before sharing it with others.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Our products are digital, and personalised orders may involve work that begins shortly after purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mydigitalatelier.com. If work has not yet commenced, we will review whether the order can be cancelled.

Once work on a personalised order has commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible in some circumstances. Once a completed digital product has been delivered, a change-of-mind refund may not be available where permitted by applicable law.

However, cancellation and refund rights depend on the circumstances of the purchase and the laws that apply to it. Where the law provides a cancellation, refund or other remedy, those rights will be respected. Any applicable requirements relating to express consent to begin supplying digital content and acknowledgement of the consequences for cancellation rights will also be observed.

If a product is defective, does not conform to what was agreed or contains an error for which we are responsible, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correction, replacement or a refund.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

8. Customer Photographs and Personal Information

You retain responsibility for the photographs, wording, artwork and other materials you provide to us.

By submitting materials for personalisation, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them to fulfil your order.

We will use customer-provided photographs and personalisation information for the purpose of creating, processing and delivering the purchased product, providing related customer service and meeting applicable legal requirements.

Following delivery, customer photographs and associated personalisation files will be deleted within 28 days from our working files and the systems used to create and manage your personalised design, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements and the limitations of third-party systems or backups described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not use customer photographs for marketing, social media or portfolio purposes without separate permission, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details about how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information, including any processing carried out by third-party service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, our original designs, branding, text, graphics, website content and other materials created or supplied by My Digital Atelier remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Upon purchase, you receive permission to use the delivered digital product for its intended personal purpose, such as sharing an invitation with guests or sending a greeting card to its recipient.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for commercial sale, or make our designs available as standalone templates or downloadable products. You may not claim our original designs as your own or use them to create products for commercial distribution.

Any third-party materials incorporated into a design remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights and licence terms.

You retain responsibility for ensuring that materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.

10. Website Content and Availability

We aim to keep our website information accurate and our services available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue website content, products or features where reasonably necessary.

Product descriptions, images and previews are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing. The specific product description and personalisation options applicable to your order will form part of the basis on which that order is fulfilled.

Website content is provided for general information about our products and services. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was entered into.

We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, or for issues caused by your device, email provider or other third-party systems outside our reasonable control, except where we are otherwise responsible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from our own breach of legal obligations or any applicable statutory consumer rights.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, file storage and other operational functions. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may need to share the information necessary to fulfil your order with relevant service providers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

We are not responsible for the independent availability or operation of third-party websites or services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date. Changes will apply from the date they are published, subject to applicable law.

The terms applicable to an existing order will not be changed retrospectively where doing so would unlawfully affect your rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to them under the law.
